Pre-assembly weaving machines
Pre-assembly is a central component of our production. This is where high-precision components are manufactured and various assemblies are assembled. Around 50% of the manufactured units are forwarded to final assembly as required or via the warehouse, while the remaining 50% are produced as spare parts for our customers. A dedicated and well-trained team of 24 employees ensures that all production steps are carried out efficiently and precisely. The durability and quality of our components is always a priority.

Rapier
Details

- Rapier head with very high vertical integration of the individual components through polishing, grinding and gluing
- Rapier tube is individually manufactured by sawing, drilling, gluing and milling

Nozzles
Details

- Different compact nozzles (depending on the number of colors between 2 and 8) with very high vertical range of manufacture of the individual components
- Assembly of relay nozzle units and adjustment of the blowing angle (direction of the air flow)
