A well-organized warehouse and logistics system forms the basis for a smooth flow of materials and on-time supply to all areas. From incoming goods to order picking and dispatch, structured processes and modern technology ensure efficiency and transparency. A particular focus is on the dispatch of components and spare parts for our film stretching lines. All shipments are carefully prepared, packaged and coordinated in order to supply customers worldwide reliably and quickly. The digital customer portal myDoX® is available to support spare parts management. Spare parts can be ordered easily and directly via the platform. At the same time, myDoX® provides access to relevant documentation, shipping information and order histories, ensuring maximum transparency and fast response times in the event of a service call.

Shipments for a film stretching line
A complete film stretching line consists of around 1,500 crates with mechanical, electrical and structural components. On average, around 100 crates are shipped to Bremen by truck every day. A total of around 100 shipping containers are required to transport an entire system.
