Frame and chain track carrier construction
Frames form the supporting framework of the oven and provide the necessary stability. Chain track carriers serve as guide rails - around 300 meters of chain track are installed per system. The floor insulation ensures reliable sealing and supports efficient heat storage. Individually manufactured components such as racks, fan frames and roller stands are also used. Production is carried out using modern welding technology: a welding robot at the Esseratsweiler site, for which €780,000 was invested, enables efficient and flexible production thanks to two production cells, high load capacity and automatic self-cleaning. In addition, the option of offline programming noticeably increases productivity and quality.
