Bending machines
The aim here is to bring flat sheet metal parts into the right shape - without any chips or loss of material. We use so-called folding machines or bending machines for this. The sheet metal is inserted, held in place and then bent at exactly the right angle using a lot of pressure. This creates stable components from simple blanks without damaging or sawing the material. You can imagine it like folding a paper airplane - only made of metal and with much more precision. Precise bending is important to ensure that everything fits perfectly later during assembly. Our machines work so precisely that even the smallest angular deviations are avoided.
