Assembly of film stretching lines
The assembly department for film stretching lines combines technical expertise with worldwide operational readiness. While some of the assemblers in Esseratsweiler pre-assemble the central components of the systems, the majority travel internationally and carry out the final assembly directly at the customer's premises. Our own branches in the USA, India, China and Turkey strengthen our regional presence and enable us to provide even faster and more targeted support. We currently have around 50 assemblers working in the field.

Depending on the size and location, installation takes between 2.5 and 8 months and commissioning takes 4 to 10 weeks.
