DORNIER has developed a solution for the rapid cooling of Omega stretched films. This solution utilizes specially designed unidirectional rollers with a cooling water flow rate of up to 50 m³/h.
The temperature difference between the supply and return water is only 2 degrees Celsius, ensuring rapid and uniform cooling and crystallization of the film after stretching, thereby improving film quality and preventing roller marks.
