DORNIER Talents Day
Under the motto “Learn What AI Can’t”, Lindauer DORNIER GmbH invites visitors to the DORNIER Talents Day on October 15, 2026. The event focuses on vocational training, dual study programs and the question of which skills will become increasingly important in a changing world of work.
In the morning, DORNIER will welcome school classes to its Lindau site. Students will gain insights into the company, discover different apprenticeships and career opportunities, and meet apprentices, dual students and trainers in person.
From 3:00 p.m., the DORNIER Talents Day will be open to everyone interested. The afternoon will focus on hands-on experiences: trying out technology, discovering different professions and talking directly to the people currently completing their apprenticeship or dual study program at DORNIER.
Parents, friends and accompanying persons are also very welcome. Food, drinks and a varied program will be provided throughout the event.
With the DORNIER Talents Day, the company aims to show young people the opportunities offered by vocational training and dual study programs – and why practical experience, technical understanding and personal skills remain essential even in the age of artificial intelligence.
