Field service technicians – electronics (m/f/d)

For the department „Product Electrics Special Machine E211/W3“ in our Esseratsweiler plant we have several immediate vacancies for:

Field service technicians – electronics (m/f/d)
film stretching lines

Tasks:

• installation work on machine components in pre-assembly
• assembly and repairs on our special machines, both in-house and at our customers worldwide
• assembly of operating and control panels on our premises
• preparation of plant components of special machines for customer acceptance on our premises
• organisation of workflows, both in-house and on construction sites worldwide
• instruction of external staff on construction sites
• assistance in commissioning of special machines at our customers worldwide
   

Requirements / Profile / Other:

• completed professional training as an electrician (m/f/d) / energy system electronics technician (m/f/d) / mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with field service experience in European and non-European countries
• experience with installations on special machines and plants
• competent handling of common electrical measuring and testing equipment
• self-dependent and skilled working with circuit diagrams
• experience in Siemens S7
• good knowledge of PC applications and MS Office
• understanding of mechanical processes in machines and plants
• good English language skills
• independent, cost-conscious thinking and working
• high quality and safety awareness
• ability to work in a team, also with an international staff
• high willingness to travel worldwide for short-term and longer stays abroad (China, India, Pakistan, USA, Europe, ...), sometimes for several months at a time until the plants are completed
