Extrusion systems

DORNIER supplies single extruders or cascade systems as well as satellite extruders for different applications, such as polyester, polypropylene and PA film production in different sizes and with different screw lengths. These extruders are available with electro-heating or oil heating and are available as single extruders or complete systems combined with filter systems, extrusion pumps, dies etc.

DORNIER also offers complete production plants with a twin-screw extruder as main extruder or coextruder. DORNIER cooperates with Coperion Werner & Pfleiderer for the twin-screw extruders.

DORNIER filters are available as single or continuous (non-stop) filters. For continuous filters, both chambers have switchable filter inserts which allows easy cleaning. The filter inserts are available for candles and discs in different sizes.

Filter versions for electro or oil heating are available.
